  I went there to get some engraving done, no problem he said, looked at the items and took notes.
  I explained that i needed them done by Wednesday because they were christmas presents to go to overseas on the Thursday . No problem hey. Went to pick them up but not done. Claimed they could not be done. I said you looked at them and said ok no problem. Then came PISS OFF as he waved his arm. I was so shocked, so upset, i did everything right.
  WHY A ATTITUDE ?
  Disgusting service. I then went to another shop and they did straight away without any problem.
  
  PLEASE CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE
  DONT GO TO THIS MAN, SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
